Date With Courageous Compassion!

Exercise tremendous compassion when meeting and dating others during this historic and challenging time. Why? Because we need to keep in mind that several of the greatest stressors we face in life are:
• A change in our job or educational status (that is beyond our control)
 
• A change in our living situation
 
• Money problems 
 
• The loss of someone we love, care for or admire
 
• Uncertainty about our future
 
• Physical distance from those we love and care for
 
Some people may be going through several of these simultaneously, which may affect the way they feel, communicate and are perceived.
