Speaker Justin Brown is founder of Diversity Awareness Program (D.A.P.).
D.A.P. was designed to bring a variety of different races, people and backgrounds together. The program offers sincere diversity training as well as the development programs that stimulate the mind as well as the soul.
The purpose of D.A.P. is to promote diversity and cultural awareness in all aspects of life to the students, faculty, and staff on the University campus through active engagements of active discussions on social issues and ideas.
The D.A.P Diversity Training is a 90 minute workshop where Justin incorporates diversity activities, role playing, and cultural unity scenarios that focus on the value and meaning of what it means to be culturally aware and diverse in an organization or university campus. Justin makes sure that the participants not only learn about diversity but also have fun while having difficult conversations.
