Kelsey Emmanuel is a 1st generation, multi-media savvy breathwork facilitator and personal trainer. She has written for Women’s Lifestyle Magazine, hosted workshops for corporations, and has her own 1-on-1 practice where she helps clients build a healthy connection to their emotionality so they can better process negative emotions, such as stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Her journey to becoming a health and wellness expert began right after high school when she decided to take a year to travel the world. During this year of travel, she met mentors that inspired her to learn more about the mind-body connection, holistic health, functional fitness, and supernutrition. Once her year of travels was over, she began studying exercise science in college while starting her own personal training business. During college, she got caught up in the hustle and grind culture working 3 jobs and being a full-time student; her all-or-nothing approach to school and work made her health and emotional wellbeing take a major hit. Kelsey’s greatest passion is teaching young adults what she wishes she knew in college – how to healthily manage emotional stress and prioritize self-care. She offers presentations on emotional wellness and stress & anxiety management. Her programming is designed to educate and facilitate transformative breathwork practices that participants can use in their day-to-day lives. She supports diversity, inclusivity, and equity. Breathwork is accessible to all; anyone can learn how to use their breath to regulate their nervous system.
