At any point during the conference (except when performers are on stage), you can chat with an artist or their agent about booking them for your school. This is particularly encouraged during Exhibit Hall hours and cooperative buying sessions.

Cooperative Buying

APCA’s cooperative buying program allows schools to pool their purchasing power for live events. By consolidating bookings and offering performers a block of dates, schools can secure lower rates and share travel expenses. During these sessions, schools group together by region, and interested schools can express their desire to book particular acts.
