These sessions, led by speakers, experts, and school representatives, inspire and motivate students and staff. They cover a wide array of topics, such as personal development, career readiness, and academic enrichment, tailored to the needs of your campus community.
Beyond the stage performances, the Exhibit Hall is where you can meet your favorite acts, ask questions, and get all the booking information you need. You can also engage in meet-and-greets, take part in fun novelty activities, and collect some free artist swag!

At any point during the conference (except when performers are on stage), you can chat with an artist or their agent about booking them for your school. This is particularly encouraged during Exhibit Hall hours and cooperative buying sessions.
APCA’s cooperative buying program allows schools to pool their purchasing power for live events. By consolidating bookings and offering performers a block of dates, schools can secure lower rates and share travel expenses. During these sessions, schools group together by region, and interested schools can express their desire to book particular acts.
